Terms of Service

Vouch is operated by Elisha Asojo, trading as Vouch. Contact: hello@vouchai.cloud. Using the site or a workspace means you accept these terms.

We read the numbers you give us and tell you where we believe money is leaking, with the arithmetic shown. We label how confident we are. Anything we could not verify is marked UNVERIFIED. We are not accountants, lawyers or brokers, and our findings are advice, not a professional opinion. You make the final call on every decision.

We take no affiliate commissions or vendor kickbacks. If a vendor we recommend pays us anything in future, we will say so on the page before you act on it.

Sign-in is by magic link to your email address. Keep that inbox secure, anyone with access to it can open your workspace. Seats are limited by your plan: 10 on Verified, 25 on Endorsed, unlimited on Premier. Don't share a workspace with another company.

A trial is two full engine runs on your own numbers. No card is required, and nothing charges automatically when the runs are used. When both runs are spent, your workspace stays readable, you keep everything found, and new runs need a paid plan.

Plans are monthly and charged in advance through Stripe: Verified $200, Endorsed $500, Premier $1,200. Run and request quotas reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. We'll give you 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

Cancel any time by emailing hello@vouchai.cloud with the word "cancel". We stop the next charge, confirm by reply within one working day, and you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. There is no notice period and no exit fee.

If, in your first 30 days on a paid plan, we haven't confirmed at least your monthly fee in savings, we refund that month. Here is exactly how to claim it:

1. Email hello@vouchai.cloud within 45 days of your first charge.
2. Put "refund" in the subject line. No explanation required.
3. We check your tracker to confirm what was found and what was marked fixed.
4. We reply within two working days, either with the refund or with the figures.
5. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe within 10 days.
6. If we disagree with your reading of the numbers, we refund anyway and say why.

The bills, needs and notes you enter stay yours. You give us permission to process them to produce your findings, scripts and matches. We never sell them. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them and how to have them deleted.

Don't submit data that isn't yours to share, don't scrape the site, and don't use Vouch to contact other members outside an introduction we have both sides' agreement for. We can close an account that does, and we'll refund the unused part of the month.

We work carefully, but we can't guarantee a vendor will agree to a discount or that a match will work out. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that can't legally be limited.

If we change these terms we'll email account holders and update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
